General FAQs

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labelled “Gift/card or Discount Code,” then click “Apply.” Only one discount code may be applied per order. 

How do I get 10% off of all my orders once I've signed up?

The discount will automatically be applied at checkout when you enter the email address you used to sign up in the checkout field.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us at retail@merimeri.com within 30 minutes of placing your order Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm PST. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday so orders placed over the weekend will continue to ship. Please note once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.

Can I get a refund on all or part of my order?

We really want you to be happy with your purchase!  If the products you selected didn't work out, we will accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. For full details visit https://merimeri.com/pages/returns. Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. Returns received past the allowable date (as shown on your packing list), or containing ineligible items, will not be refunded. Please make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged returns cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns in paper or padded mailers. If you want to check the status of your return, please email retail@merimeri.com and provide tracking information.

I have requested a refund, how long will it take to reach my bank account?

Once we have refunded your order, it can take 3 to 5 working days to reach your bank account. 

The items have arrived defective or damaged. What can I do?

We take feedback from our customers very seriously and we're always trying to improve our service. If you have had any issues with quality or damages, please let us know so that we can provide you with a refund or replacement. We may request images for all issues to do with quality and damages. US customers should reach out to retail@merimeri.com with their order number. Customers outside of the US will be offered a refund only, no replacements will be sent.

The items have broken/been damaged within a few days. What can I do?

If you have had any issues with the quality of our products, we encourage you to please reach out to us. This way we can provide you with a refund or replacement. We always want to hear feedback from our customers, so that we can continue to improve our customer service. We may request images for all issues to do with quality and damages. US customers should contact us at retail@merimeri.com with their order number.

I bought products on your website, but then saw they had gone on sale. Will you do a price match?

If you have purchased an item or items but find they have gone on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, please email customer service at retail@merimeri.com and provide your order number, the items at their sale price and request a refund for the difference. We will be happy to refund you the difference. Unfortunately, if it is passed the 7 days the sale price will not be honored. This does not include Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales. 

Do you offer a price match of Meri Meri products with other companies?

Meri Meri does not offer price matching from 3rd party websites or businesses.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

We are not offering gift wrap or boxes at this time. 

How do we check the safety of our products?

All Meri Meri products are tested to relevant product safety standards per U.S.A, EU and Canadian regulations.  Product safety certificates of compliance or declarations of conformity can be made available upon request via compliance@merimeri.com.

How are our products designed?

It’s a lengthy, well-thought out process amongst our studio of designers, illustrators and crafters. Our inspiration comes from both classic and on trend designs from around the world. We also love to collaborate with innovative artists like Nathalie Lété.

I ordered items from a Collective supplier, when will I receive them?

Items from Collective suppliers will be shipped separately from your Meri Meri items, and you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking so you are able to follow their journey to you.

Returns FAQs

Meri Meri

You may return any product ordered from the merimeri.com website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging (with tags attached where applicable) and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at retail@merimeri.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.

Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition, with the original invoice included in the return package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Please contact us by emailing retail@merimeri.com to initiate a return.

We only accept returns within two weeks for items that are in perfect condition. As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund and send you the confirmation. Please include your original invoice in your return package and send to the following address:

Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packaging. Returns are charged a $8.95 return shipping fee, but exchanges are free!

Estelle Colored Glass

We accept returns in the original packaging in unused condition within 60 days upon delivery.  International shipping fees for returns or exchanges of products will be the responsibility of the customer for a refund.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the return/exchange process to be completed.

We do not offer refunds—store credit only. If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered! You’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your items or request store credit.

We understand that sometimes a change of mind can happen, and we're happy to accommodate returns in such cases. 😊

Returns can be initiated by contacting us

Kindly initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item, ensuring it is returned in original, unused, and resellable condition with the original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Opting for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee on the returned item. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method you used to place the order within 7-10 business days, should you opt for a refund. Alternatively, if you choose store credit for a future purchase, you will get it immediately, and the 20% restocking fee won’t be charged.

Banwood

If the product is in perfect condition, to proceed with the return you must comply:

• Do not be out of the 14 day period from the moment you receive your order.

• The product must be unused and returned in the same original box and in perfect packaging conditions.

• Contact us at retail@merimeri.com to get detailed information for the return.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from Banwood can be returned to Banwood. Banwood products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please contact the retailer directly.

Once the product is received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it meets the requirements, it will be refunded deducting the return costs, which will have been previously informed. BANWOOD will refund such amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the refund request in due form, but reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or confirmation of the return request as well as the additional data that could be needed to carry out the same.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you should contact us as soon as possible by email retail@merimeri.com. For this we request that you send us a photograph of the damaged product, order number and explain the problem. After reviewing it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the best solution.

 Returns and exchange details

We understand that sometimes, things don't always work out the way we hoped they would. At Camp Hollow, we're not only in the creation business, but we're also in the relationship business and value the one we have with you. In order to make things work out for both of us, we just have a few criteria when it comes to making those returns/exchanges:

1. We're only able to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery

2. You just don't like it in person? Fair enough... send it back for a refund

3. It arrived damaged? Let us know and we will send you a replacement

4. You want to exchange something? Send it back within 30 days and we will ship you the replacement

Smol

All unopened/unused Smol products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once a return is initiated, the order must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange

Shipping FAQs

I gave you the wrong shipping address. Please can you change it?

We are not able to change an address on an order that has already been placed. We can cancel the original order and ask that you place it again with the correct address. If you want to let us know once you place the order, we can make sure it keeps its original place in line for shipment. 

Help, my tracking number is not showing the status of my order.

All US orders are shipped by FedEx.  You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you have any trouble, please contact retail@merimeri.com

The tracking on my order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

It is much quicker to contact the carrier directly in the event that you cannot locate your order. Please ensure you keep your tracking information handy in case you need to contact them.

If package theft is a concern, please consider shipping to an alternative location, like a trusted neighbor or your place of employment. Meri Meri is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've been shipped by the carrier.

The tracking on my order says it was not delivered, but I should have received it by now - can you help?

If your tracking information states that your package was not delivered (lost in transit) by the carrier within the anticipated time period, please contact Meri Meri immediately.

We will look into the situation and if the package is lost in transit by the carrier we will issue a refund, credit or reship the order.

I have a question about the shipping service, how can I get in touch?

If you have any queries regarding our shipping service please reach out to us at retail@merimeri.com. Please note, in the event of extreme weather conditions, your order may be delayed with our carrier. Delays may also occur on international orders. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to ensure your order is received in a timely manner. It is advisable to allow extra time for international deliveries in the event of customs delays and other unforeseeable events. 

What is your standard delivery time?

We ask our US customers to allow up to 8 business days to receive their standard orders. While they are likely to arrive sooner, this helps to provide a buffer should there be any unexpected delays. We ask customers based outside of the US to please allow up to 15 business days to receive their order, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Can you prioritise my shipping?

We ask our US customers to allow 1-2 business days for processing of all ground shipments. Air shipments are sent out same day (business day) if submitted before 11am PST. If not received before 11am PST they will ship the next business day. Actual transit time will depend on where in the US the customer is located and what shipping method is chosen.

Will Meri Meri cover my duties and taxes if I order from a non-US country?

Yes, prices on site are inclusive of duties and tax for shipping outside the US.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We do ship to PO boxes, however, please be aware that some carriers may experience difficulties with delivery for reasons beyond our control. 

For a smoother process, we recommend using a physical address if possible.

Party Perk FAQs

How do I sign up to be part of Party Perks?

All you need to do is sign up to receive our e-mails.

I had a Party Perks account before and was earning points. Where did my points go?

We made the decision to change our program to make it easier for you! Instead of points, we offer a discount on all orders when you sign up, along with other exclusive offers.

What happens if I had outstanding points to spend?

Unfortunately, all points have now expired. We tried our best to communicate these changes in the lead up to the end of the old program. We understand that not everyone had a chance to use their points. We may be able to help in certain cases - please contact us at retail@merimeri.com and we will see what we can do!

I signed up, but never received a confirmation email. Can you help?

If you haven’t received an email welcoming you to Party Perks, it may be because you’ve unsubscribed from our email marketing in the past. To re-subscribe, visit the bottom of any page on our website and enter your email address under ‘Newsletter Sign Up’. You won’t receive a Party Perks welcome email retroactively, but you will receive emails from us going forward. If you've shopped with us before and are subscribed to our emails, you don't need to wait for an email from us! All you have to do is Log In to take advantage of what Party Perks has to offer.

Digital Invitation FAQs

What if I can’t find an email with the link?  

Check your spam or junk folders, and if you're on Gmail, look through your Social and Promotions tabs. Adding this orders@templett.com to your contacts or safe list might help ensure the emails arrive safely in your inbox.  

How many times can i download the invitation?

There are no limits on when or how often you can download your files.  

What if the download link isn’t working? 

It could be a problem with your browser. Try deleting non-essential add-ons like ad blockers and toolbars and give it another try. 

It could also be due to a corrupted download. Simply delete and try again. If that doesn't work, contact Meri Meri customer services on 01242 575868. 

Can I return or cancel my digital invitation? 

No. It's important to note that digital listings can't be returned or cancelled once they've been purchased.

Gift Card FAQs

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card directly from our store. Simply choose the desired amount, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process

How will I receive my gift card?

Once purchased, the gift card will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can then forward it to the recipient or print it out.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. The gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

Can I use a gift card more than once?

Yes! If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Do gift cards expire?

Our gift cards do not expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready to shop.

Can I use a gift card with other discounts or promotions?

How are Collective products shipped?

Products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific item.

What shipping options are available?

Please note, orders containing items from Collective are only eligible for standard shipping

Can I track my Collective product order?

Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped by the supplier.

Can I cancel my Collective items from my order?

If you contact us at retail@merimeri.com within 30 minutes of placing your order Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm PST we will do our best to reach out to the Collective supplier to cancel your items for you. Please note, depending on the supplier, cancellations may not be possible.

What is your return policy for Collective products?

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for associated postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracking service to ensure that the item is returned back safely. Returns due to defects or errors will be covered by the supplier. Please contact us if that is the case.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
