Vendor Returns Procedures
You may return any product ordered from the merimeri.com website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at retail@merimeri.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.
Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Be sure to keep your return tracking information until the refund has been processed:

We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition, with the original invoice included in the return package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Please contact us by emailing retail@merimeri.com to initiate a return.
We only accept returns within two weeks for items that are in perfect condition. As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund and send you the confirmation. Please include your original invoice in your return package and send to the following address:
