Vendor Returns Procedures

Meri Meri

You may return any product ordered from the merimeri.com website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging (with tags attached where applicable) and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at retail@merimeri.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.

Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Be sure to keep your return tracking information until the refund has been processed:

Damaged or defective products can be returned directly for either a full refund or replacement. Whether to refund or replace the unit will be at the full discretion of PyroPet Candle Company.

Your return will need to be accompanied by a return authorization number. To get one, write us at support@merimeri.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Babiators Sunglasses

Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packaging. Returns are charged a $8.95 return shipping fee, but exchanges are free!

Banwood

If the product is in perfect condition, to proceed with the return you must comply:

• Do not be out of the 14 day period from the moment you receive your order.

• The product must be unused and returned in the same original box and in perfect packaging conditions.

• Contact us at retail@merimeri.com to get detailed information for the return.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from Banwood can be returned to Banwood. Banwood products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please contact the retailer directly.

Once the product is received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it meets the requirements, it will be refunded deducting the return costs, which will have been previously informed. BANWOOD will refund such amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the refund request in due form, but reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or confirmation of the return request as well as the additional data that could be needed to carry out the same.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you should contact us as soon as possible by email retail@merimeri.com. For this we request that you send us a photograph of the damaged product, order number and explain the problem. After reviewing it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the best solution.

 Returns and exchange details

We understand that sometimes, things don't always work out the way we hoped they would. At Camp Hollow, we're not only in the creation business, but we're also in the relationship business and value the one we have with you. In order to make things work out for both of us, we just have a few criteria when it comes to making those returns/exchanges:

1. We're only able to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery

2. You just don't like it in person? Fair enough... send it back for a refund

3. It arrived damaged? Let us know and we will send you a replacement

4. You want to exchange something? Send it back within 30 days and we will ship you the replacement

5. Any other questions concerning returns or exchanges contact us! 💛

Estelle Colored Glass

We accept returns in the original packaging in unused condition within 60 days upon delivery.  International shipping fees for returns or exchanges of products will be the responsibility of the customer for a refund.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the return/exchange process to be completed. 

Heather Taylor Home

We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition, with the original invoice included in the return package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Please contact us by emailing retail@merimeri.com to initiate a return.

We only accept returns within two weeks for items that are in perfect condition. As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund and send you the confirmation. Please include your original invoice in your return package and send to the following address:

We understand that sometimes a change of mind can happen, and we're happy to accommodate returns in such cases. 😊

Returns can be initiated by contacting us

Kindly initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item, ensuring it is returned in original, unused, and resellable condition with the original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Opting for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee on the returned item. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method you used to place the order within 7-10 business days, should you opt for a refund. Alternatively, if you choose store credit for a future purchase, you will get it immediately, and the 20% restocking fee won’t be charged.

Make It Cute, LLC

We happily accept returns within 15 days of order receipt for either store credit or a refund, minus any applicable shipping charges. Please notify us within 15 days of order receipt about any product damages.

Oeuf

All furniture, mattress, changing pad sales and
sale or discounted sales are final. We will gladly replace defective or missing
furniture parts at no additional charge if notified of the problem within 14
days of receipt of the item.You must notify Oeuf before attempting a return -
unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or
exchange, please contact us at retail@meriemeri.com within 14 days of delivery of
your purchase.

Smol

All unopened/unused Smol products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once a return is initiated, the order must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange

Super Smalls

Items may be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Upon receipt, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, provided you reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at retail@merimeri.com to begin your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.We do not process returns or exchanges without a receipt from www.supersmalls.com or after 30 days from receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Wild and Rae

We do not offer refunds—store credit only. If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered! You’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your items or request store credit.
