A big ask, but one that luxury lifestyle and accessories brand Stoney Clover Lane has nailed.

Founded by sisters Kendall Glazer and Libby Glazer in 2009, Stoney Clover Lane quickly became known for its beautifully crafted, customizable bags and accessories, inspired by their love of travel. We’re thrilled to be working with them a playful new range that blends their signature aesthetic with our much-loved Toybox and Happy Icons prints as well as a pink striped design.

Each collection features five perfectly coordinated essentials: a backpack, mini backpack, lunch tote, small pouch and large pouch. Mix and match or go for the full set to bring a little extra fun and flair to school days. Everything can be personalized with the embroidered sticky-back patches – ideal for customizing your bag or adding personality to notebooks and other accessories.

We caught up with Stoney Clover Lane founders Kendall and Libby Glazer to get the lowdown on the collection

What does it mean to you to be working with Meri Meri on this joyful new collection?

We’ve been longtime fans of Meri Meri. Your ability to turn everyday moments into something magical is so aligned with what we love to do at Stoney Clover Lane. Working with a brand that shares our love of colour, celebration and creativity has been such a dream. This collection feels playful and elevated, just like both brands.

Stoney Clover Lane and Meri Meri both bring a sense of magic to our customers’ lives. In what ways do you feel the brands are kindred spirits?

Whether it’s partyware or a customized pouch, we both design with the intention of making people smile. We also share a love for special details. Scallops, sparkles and textures are all the little things that transform an ordinary product into something truly special.

How do you think the Toybox and Happy Icon prints work so well with your designs?

These prints are the perfect extension of our world. They give the pieces a whimsical, retro feel while still being fresh and functional. We love how they pair with our shapes and details, creating something that feels both familiar and totally new.

The bags, lunch bags and slim pouches in the collection are beautifully made – from the sturdy zippers to the splash-proof fabrics. What’s your approach to quality and craftsmanship?

Quality is key to everything we do. Our products are designed to be lived in. Taken to school, tossed in a suitcase, used every day and they need to hold up while still looking cute. We obsess over every detail of every product.

Can you tell us more about some of the details that make this collection so special – like the frill edging and embroidered patches?

The frill edging adds that extra cuteness. It makes the bags playful but still polished. Personalization is such a big part of what we do, so the embroidered patches were a no-brainer. They make the bags totally customizable.

Staying organised on the go is a big part of the Stoney Clover ethos. What makes the backpacks and lunch bags especially suited to school?

We designed these with both style and function in mind. There’s a place for water bottles, snacks, supplies etc. The durable, wipeable materials make them super kid friendly. They’re pieces that kids will love to carry and parents will love too.
